Day 04: Lake Naivasha Morning Transfer: After breakfast, you will have a road transfer with your guide from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha. Accommodation: Check in to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge (2-night stay). The lodge offers views of wildlife, including fish eagles, pelicans, and grazing animals, and its grounds are frequented by giraffe, waterbuck, and colobus monkeys. Afternoon Activity: Drive to and visit Hell’s Gate National Park. The park is unique as it can be explored on foot or by cycling (bicycles available for hire at an extra cost). It is safe for hiking/cycling due to the lack of large predators (like lions/cheetahs). Day 05: Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara Morning Activity (Lake Naivasha): Take a boat trip out to Crescent Island and enjoy a nature walk. Look out for the Fish Eagles. Transfer: After the morning excursion, you will have a road transfer with your guide to the Maasai Mara. Scenic Stop: The drive offers scenic views of the Great Rift Valley. Accommodation: Check in to Enkorok Safari Camp in the Siana Conservancy. Afternoon Activity (Maasai Mara): Enjoy an afternoon game drive to see the sundowner and search for the Big 5 (Lions, Elephants, Buffalo, etc.) and numerous plain games. Day 06: Maasai Mara Full Day Safari: A full day is spent exploring the Maasai Mara National Reserve in search of the Big 5 (over 450 animal species recorded). Migration: There is a possibility of seeing the annual wildebeest migration (which typically takes place from July to October). Optional Activity: An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged (at an extra cost of approximately $500 per person). Day 07: Departure Morning: Enjoy a last breakfast at the camp. Transfer: You will have a road transfer with your guide back to Nairobi. End: Arrive in Nairobi to catch a late afternoon/evening flight home from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO). Arrival: You will be met upon arrival in Nairobi and transferred to your hotel. Accommodation: Overnight stay at Eka Hotel. Leisure: The remainder of the day is at your leisure, depending on your arrival time. Morning Pick-up: Your guide will pick you up from your Nairobi Hotel at 07:30.
